Simba Renew Bio™ is the soft, down-like filler in our heavenly Hybrid® duvets.

Offering superbly light and gentle warmth, it’s made from recycled plastic bottle fibres combed into airy layers, and is designed to allow plenty of airflow through the duvet for wonderful, drier warmth.

STRATOS® ‘COOL-TOUCH’ TECH Dialling down the heat

Being too hot to sleep is a common problem, especially during warmer Summer nights. But our Stratos® ‘cool-touch’ tech is designed to help; it’s similar to the tech that keeps astronauts cool in space, but here at Simba we like to think of it as a sort of duvet thermostat.

This ingenious tech is designed to offer instant, tangible coolness and to help dissipate excess heat. Which is why we’ve added it to the underside of our Summer Hybrid® Duvet.

CLUMP-FREE WARMTH Practical makes perfect

There’s no point having all this clever tech if you forget the practical stuff. So we haven’t.

Our Summer Hybrid® duvet is stitched into squares to prevent clumping, and it’s machine washable (in a large enough machine); we’ve also found that it dries more quickly due to the lightness of the fill fibres.

We’ve added a QR code label on the duvet for easy access to recycling or care advice, and another label at the foot end so you’ll always know which way round it goes.

What does tog mean?

Tog measures how well a duvet traps heat. The higher the tog rating, the warmer the duvet; the lower the tog, the cooler and lighter it will feel.

Which duvet tog should I choose?

Choose your tog based on the season and how warm you like to sleep. As a guide, 1–4.5 tog is best for summer, 7–10.5 tog suits spring and autumn, and 10.5–13.5 tog is ideal for colder winter nights.

What makes a duvet anti-allergy?

An anti-allergy duvet is made with materials or treatments that help prevent allergens from clinging to the duvet, making it easier to keep your bedding fresh and hygienic.

How often should I wash my duvet?

Always check the care label first, but regular washing helps keep your duvet fresh and reduces the build-up of allergens, bacteria and dust. Wash at the highest temperature recommended on the care label.
