Delivery Information

During holiday seasons, please expect slightly extended processing times.

  • 2nd Class Delivery (2 - 5 working days) - £2.95 (Free on Orders over £35+).
  • 1st Class Delivery (1 - 3 Days) - £3.45 (Free on Orders over £150+)

£8.00: For Next Working Day delivery availability, please refer to the product page. Orders placed before 11am on a working day will be delivered the next working day (applicable only to Myza Own Brand Products).

For delivery to Europe, please refer to the product page for specific availability. Typically, European delivery takes between 4-9 working days.

Please note that product availability typically spans 7-14 working days, with delivery potentially extending up to 21 working days.

Upon dispatch by the Seller, you'll receive an email notification, including an estimated delivery date. For further details on an order already placed, our Customer Service team is ready to help through our Contact Us form.

Be aware, delivery timelines, including Next Working Day options, are estimated and not guaranteed. Since orders are directly shipped by the Sellers, your items may arrive in separate packages and at varying times.

In rare instances, unforeseen factors like adverse weather may affect delivery times. Should such a situation arise, our Customer Services will inform you and, if feasible, arrange a new delivery date. We'll also keep you updated once your order is on its way, ensuring you know when to expect your delivery.

Using a promotional code typically applies a discount solely to the product price, excluding delivery charges. Offers of free delivery pertain to standard UK shipping on orders within the UK.

After placing an order, we cannot modify or correct the delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses given at checkout. Should your order be returned to the seller for this reason, you will be responsible for all costs associated with re-delivering the order to an accurate address.

Your order may need to be signed for upon delivery, and we'll inform you if this is the case. If you're not typically available at your primary address during standard business hours, you're welcome to specify an alternate delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your package. Should you miss the delivery, a notification card will be left with details on how and where to collect your order. Please note, if your parcel isn't collected within the designated period (generally 7 days or after 3 attempts), it will be sent back to us. To have it redelivered, you'll need to contact us to arrange a new delivery and cover the associated costs.

If European or International delivery is available on a product, it is displayed on the product page. If you would like any additional information about deliveries to the UK, Europe or Internationally, please, contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us form. 

The taxation and additional charges on your order may vary based on the delivery address. For orders delivered outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival at the destination. Similarly, items shipped from a Seller outside your region could incur import duties and taxes upon receipt.

myza and the Seller have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. The responsibility for paying any import duties and taxes not included with your order falls to you. For detailed information, please consult your local customs office prior to placing your order.

Our delivery service deems a package as lost if it remains in transit for more than 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for international orders. While it's rare for deliveries to extend to these lengths, we're unable to issue refunds until after these periods have passed. Myza cannot be held accountable for any direct or indirect losses or damages suffered by a customer due to delays or failure to deliver goods, irrespective of the delivery method used.
