How to Refill Your Candle

  1. Choose Your Vessel
    Select a heat-resistant vessel (6.6cm - 7.6cm wide). Add extra wicks for wider vessels.

  2. Prepare Your Vessel
    Center the wick in the vessel and thread it through the wick holder.

  3. Melt and Pour
    Microwave the wax pouch upright for 1.5-2.5 minutes or place it in boiling water for up to 10 minutes. Pour melted wax into the vessel.

  4. Leave to Set
    Allow to set for 3 hours. Remove the wick holder and trim the wick to 1/4" above the wax. Light and enjoy!

Candle Care

  • Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn.
  • Burn for 2–4 hours at first use until wax melts to the vessel's edge to prevent tunneling.
  • Store candles upright, away from sunlight, and with or without a lid.
  • Avoid drafts and burn on a fire-safe surface.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave burning candles unattended.
  • Extinguish candles before 5-10mm of wax remains. Clean vessels before reusing.

Cleaning Your Vessel

  1. Freezer Method: Freeze the vessel for 4 hours. Use a knife to remove wax and wick, then wash.
  2. Boiling Water Method: Pour boiling water into the vessel. Once cooled, remove wax and clean.

Packaging Disposal

  • Compost pouches in industrial compost facilities.
  • Recycle shipping materials with paper products.
