Due to the woollen composition of our Boston Wool Border rug a small amount of fibre loss is normal, but simply trim loose fibres with household scissors. To keep your rug looking fresh and even rotate regularly to balance out wear. When you recieve your rug, we recommend re-rolling with the shaggy pile facing outwards for 24 hours in a warm room. This will help your rug settle flat with ease. Our Boston Wool Border rugs can also be used on heated floors to keep you extra toasty! To be safe, keep away from fires such as lit candles and don't leave children and babies unsupervised on this rug. Please note: This product also contains latex.

Products ordered from multiple different brands will be dispatched seperately.
All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.
Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
