A Flexible Sleeping Bag Alternative
The Sleep Onesie is a TOG-rated alternative to a traditional sleeping bag, designed to be worn on its own or layered with PJs or Bodywear underneath. It’s ideal for:
- Toddlers and preschoolers transitioning to a big bed
- Sleep walkers
- Children who kick off blankets
- Little starfish who dislike the restriction of sleeping bags
Warm, 2.5 TOG Comfort
The 2.5 TOG Sleep Onesie is suitable for room temperatures of 17–21°C (63–70°F), keeping children warm without the need for loose blankets when used in a cot.
For older toddlers and preschoolers who are blanket-training in a big bed, the TOG rating helps maintain warmth if blankets are kicked off. If using a 2.5 TOG or 3.5 TOG for blanket training, a light blanket on top is recommended to prevent overheating.
Use the included room thermometer and What to Wear Guide to layer appropriately underneath. Socks can be added on colder nights for extra warmth.

How to Use
- Undo the top zip and lay the Sleep Onesie on a flat, low surface.
- Place your child inside and guide arms and legs into position.
- Zip up securely.
- Fold over foot cuffs (and hand cuffs on smaller sizes, if required).
- For nappy changes or toilet trips, undo the three-way zip from back to front, remove legs as needed, then reinsert and zip closed.
