The Jersey Sleeping Bag is designed for arms-out sleepers, typically from around 3 months of age. With a slim-fit, stretchy design similar to a swaddle, it’s ideal as your baby’s first sleeping bag once they transition out of swaddling.
Warm & TOG-Rated for Cooler Rooms
The 3.5 TOG Jersey Sleeping Bag is designed to keep babies and toddlers warm overnight in cooler room temperatures:
- 3.5 TOG body — ideal for rooms between 14–19°C (57–66°F).
- 1.0 TOG sleeves — provide additional warmth on cooler nights.
The TOG rating removes the need for loose blankets in the cot, supporting safer sleep. Parents can layer underneath as needed using the included thermometer and What to Wear Guide.

How to Use
- Lay the Jersey Sleeping Bag flat with the zip open.
- Place your baby inside, arms through the sleeves and legs into the pouch.
- Zip up securely.
- For nappy changes or cooling, unzip from the bottom.
- Layer underneath as needed using the What to Wear Guide.
- Always place baby on their back to sleep in a safe sleep environment.
