• 2.5 TOG body — suitable for room temperatures between 17–21°C (63–70°F).

How to Use

1. Lay the Cocoon flat with the zip open and arm poppers closed.
2. Place baby inside and tuck legs into the swaddle.
3. Zip up with baby’s hands by their sides or across their chest.
4. For nappy changes or cooling, unzip from the bottom.
5. Layer underneath for warmth as needed.
6. When baby shows signs of rolling, transition to arms-out by opening the arm poppers (one arm at a time is recommended).

If your newborn does not like being swaddled, it is safe to use the Cocoon with arms out from the beginning.
