4. Can I return or exchange sleepwear if it does not fit?

Yes, you can return Myza sleepwear if it does not fit, provided it is returned in line with Myza’s returns policy. Items should be unworn, unused, in their original condition and with any tags or packaging intact.

To start a return, please request a Return Merchandise Authorisation. Return postage is usually at your expense unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed no later than 14 working days after Myza receives the returned item.
