This single 100% Duck Down Duvet is an absolute dream. Light and fluffy, but with fantastic thermal qualities to keep you cool in the Summer, and snug as a bug in the Winter. Down feathers are smaller and softer than standard feathers, and have a feeling like no other. The crème de la crème of natural fillings in our eyes. Made by our friends in Scotland, from European Duck Down, encased in a 100% cotton thread count cover, and a sateen piped edge. The duvet is made with a baffle box construction, meaning the filling will stay where it’s meant to be, inside the patchwork pockets within the duvet. All it will need is a shake out when you make the bed each day. This duvet has a high fill power of 750. The fill power is the measurement of cubic inches that one ounce of down will fluff up to. So the higher the fill power, the larger the down clusters are, and the bigger they are, the better the quality. Simple as that. All of our duvets are hand made in Scotland, and filled to order, so your duvet will be fresh. Our natural duvets can be washed in the machine at home, but we always recommend taking them to a specialist cleaner, so you don’t damage the filling. Find out more about caring for your duvet here.
