How to Roll Your Mat:
- Place your mat upside down, with the design on the floor and the natural rubber side facing up.
- Slowly roll the mat, pressing evenly on both sides of the width with your hands.
- Always roll with the PU (design) side outward to prevent sticking or peeling.
How to Clean Your Mat:
- Wipe gently with a damp cloth or soft sponge using soap diluted in plenty of water.
- Allow to dry completely before use.
- Avoid applying essential oils directly to the mat.
