For regular cleaning, we recommend using a suction-type vacuum to ensure that rotating brushes won't damage the unique pile. In the case of an accidental spillage blot, with a clean and dry cloth. To keep your rug looking fresh and even rotate regularly to balance out wear. When you receive your rug, we recommend re-rolling with the shaggy pile facing outwards for 24 hours in a warm room. This will help your rug settle flat with ease. Our Pebble rugs can also be used on heated floors to keep you extra toasty! Please note: This rug contains Latex. Please note: Young infants should not be left unsupervised on this rug. Please note: Keep away from fire. Care: A small amount of shedding is normal in a wool rug and should reduce over time with regular use and vacuuming. Made from natural fibres. Colour may vary. Vacuum to remove any loose fibres, dirt and debris using a nozzle attachment. In the case of an accidental spillage, blot with a clean and dampened cloth. Add an anti-slip underneath your rug to prevent your rug from slipping.

Products ordered from multiple different brands will be dispatched seperately.
All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.
Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
