Details & Fit

House of Hackney Herbarium Wallpaper – Forest Green-Spruce is a luxury designer wallpaper featuring detailed botanical flowers and paper-garden forms. The Forest Green-Spruce colourway brings a fresh, nature-inspired atmosphere to a feature wall or a thoughtfully layered room.

Art imitates nature across HERBARIUM: House of Hackney's reimagining of the exquisite floral mosaics by Mary Delany. The epitome of a late bloomer, the 18th century English artist began crafting her series of 985 extraordinarily detailed collages at the age of 72. Now, in partnership with the British Museum, House of Hackney has created its own paper garden, filled with Delany's buttercups, daisies, thistles and foliage on a Forest-Green backdrop, then topped with House of Hackney's characterful additions of bugs and butterflies.

Made to order using FSC-certified, purposely grown wood-fibre paper, this PVC-free wallpaper is digitally printed with water-based inks for clear, richly coloured artwork. The paste-the-wall format is designed for straightforward installation.

Why we recommend House of Hackney

Founded in 2011 by Frieda Gormley and Javvy M Royle, House of Hackney draws on Nature, William Morris and historic pattern archives to create richly expressive British interiors. We love that its distinctive wallpapers are made to order using FSC-certified materials and water-based inks, with PVC-free wallcoverings at the heart of its nature-led approach.
