Ruby Cup Flow Freedom Heavy Flow Period Pants provide reusable protection for heavier period days with a soft, stretchy fit and full-length built-in absorbency. Designed for day or night wear, they hold up to 50 ml - the equivalent of 3 super tampons - and can be worn for up to 12 hours depending on your flow.

Absorbency: Up to 50 ml, equivalent to 3 super tampons.
Protection: Full-length built-in pad for heavy-flow coverage.
Inner layers: 80% polyester, 20% nylon.
Middle layer: 100% polyester.
Outer layer: 78% nylon, 22% spandex.
Sizes: XS-4XL.
Materials standard: Fabrics are sourced from OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified materials.
Care: Rinse in cold water, machine wash on a cold cycle and air dry. Do not use fabric softener or bleach; do not tumble dry or iron.
