Care Instructions: Unroll your rug and leave for 24 hours during first use. Maintain your rug by shaking to remove trapped dirt and debris. Vacuum regularly without the beater brush to prevent damaging the rug fibres. Cut any loose fibres with scissors, do not pull. For accidental spills blot immediately and spot clean with a damp white cloth, leave to dry and shake to fluff up the fibres. Add an anti-slip underneath your rug to prevent slipping. Rotate every few months to prolong the life of your rug.

When will I receive my item?

We aim to dispatch your products within 24-48 hours of placing your order with us.

During holiday seasons, please expect slightly extended processing times.

  • 2nd Class Delivery (2 - 5 working days) - £2.95 (Free on Orders over £30+).
  • 1st Class Delivery (1 - 3 Working Days) - £3.45 (Free on Orders over £150+)

Products ordered from multiple different brands will be dispatched seperately.

Returns & Exchanges

All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
