Turn your rug regularly to ensure even wear and to reduce pressure marks from furniture. Wool fibres may shed when new and during use, this is a characteristic of this product and is not a defect and should reduce with normal use and regular vacuuming. Before using any cleaning products on your rug, test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not affect the colour. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean dry white cloth - do not rub as this may stain the fibres.
