  • Wick Trimmer 
  • Use the candle snuffer to safely extinguish your candles while protecting the wick.
  • Place the bell of your Purscents candle snuffer over the flame and wait until the flame goes out.  Be careful not to submerge the snuffer into the wax.
  • Gently wipe your candle snuffer with a damp cloth.  Avoid using harsh cleaning agents, which may damage or corrode the finish.
  • Use the wick trimmer to easily and cleanly trim your wick before each use.
  • Place the bottom of your angled Purscents wick trimmer close to the surface of the candle and cut the wick to a length of at least 1⁄4 inch.  Discard wick remnants and gently wipe clean after each use.
  • Trimming your wick is one of the most important candle care tips. A trimmed wick makes for a clean burn and ensures less soot is formed when burning.

We aim to dispatch your products within 24-48 hours of placing your order with us.

During holiday seasons, please expect slightly extended processing times.

  • 2nd Class Delivery (2 - 5 working days) - £2.95 (Free on Orders over £30+).
  • 1st Class Delivery (1 - 3 Working Days) - £3.45 (Free on Orders over £150+)

Products ordered from multiple different brands will be dispatched seperately.

All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
