The Bonnie Mob creates GOTS-certified organic clothing for babies and children, designed with durability, comfort, and sustainability at its heart. Built on the philosophy “Buy once, buy well, pass it on,” the brand celebrates playful childhood with clothes made to be loved, lived in, and shared between generations.
From skincare rituals to the softest bedding and nightwear, explore our team’s trusted reviews across all things sleep and self-care.
The story began in 2005 with the arrival of founder Tracey Samuel’s daughter, Alice-Bee. With a successful background in knitwear design, Tracey combined her creative expertise with a new perspective on parenthood to design colourful, modern baby knits that were practical, durable, and distinctive. The result was Bonnie Baby — a brand built on the belief that children’s clothing should be well made, hard wearing, and designed to be passed on.
The brand soon gained attention when Gwyneth Paltrow purchased the iconic “Apple of Daddy’s Eye” sweater for her daughter, Apple — a moment that propelled Bonnie Baby into the spotlight and inspired the brand’s now-signature apple motif.
As the brand evolved and its community of “Bonnie babies” grew older, so did the collection. In 2015, the brand introduced The Bonnie Mob, expanding its range to dress children from newborn through to adventurous early childhood. The name reflects the spirit of the brand: fearless, curious, and full of fun.
Designed for den-builders, wildlife explorers, and creative young minds, each piece blends organic materials with vintage inspiration, thoughtful craftsmanship, and long-lasting quality. From cosy newborn essentials to playful pieces for growing explorers, The Bonnie Mob celebrates childhood freedom while staying true to its founding values — sustainability, practicality, and joy.
At its heart, the brand remains guided by one simple rule: Go wild wearing it. Have fun doing it. Pass it on.
