Stride North East – Performance Socks with Personality

Born from a shared love of running and deep roots in local running communities, Stride North East grew from a simple pub conversation in March 2025. Between coaching, leading sessions, serving on club committees, and clocking up countless miles on roads and trails, the founders saw a gap: socks were either overly loud or completely forgettable — rarely both performance-focused and well-designed.

Stride set out to change that. The goal was to create socks that runners would genuinely want to wear — comfortable enough for long miles, thoughtfully designed, and bold enough to stand alongside modern running shoes. Every pair is made to inspire confidence, whether chasing a personal best or heading out for a relaxed social run.

Like many new ventures, the journey hasn’t been without its hiccups — including an early batch of samples mistakenly printed with “TSRIDE” instead of “Stride.” But setbacks only strengthened the team’s resolve. From sampling and refining fits to choosing colours and packaging, Stride North East has been built with care, collaboration, and a genuine passion for running.
