Priya & Peanut’s award-winning baby sensory products began with a simple idea at the family dining table. After learning about newborn vision while pregnant with her first daughter, Grace, Anna illustrated a selection of bold black and white characters and patterns. Grace was captivated by them from just ten days old, inspiring Anna and Rob to share the illustrations with other babies, parents and families.

The original sensory flash cards are designed to introduce newborns to clear, high-contrast images during everyday moments. They can be used during tummy time, nappy changes, bath time, car journeys and quiet play, giving parents a versatile way to encourage visual engagement and shared interaction. Created with an illustrator’s eye, every design balances playful personality with strong, baby-friendly imagery.

Since beginning in 2020, Priya & Peanut has grown to offer a wider range of newborn sensory products, baby gift boxes, sensory books and nursery prints. The collection also includes early learning products for pre-school children, helping families continue the fun as their little ones grow. Whether you are choosing an activity for your own child or searching for a thoughtful new baby gift, each product is created with real family routines in mind.
