Floks was founded by Sophie Platts, inspired by her personal struggle with sleep and the unique benefits of wool bedding. During the 2020 lockdown, Sophie envisioned creating a sustainable, UK-made bedding brand that leverages wool’s natural thermoregulating and hypoallergenic properties. Drawing from her background in product design and family ties to British textiles and farming, she launched Floks to support local industries while offering luxurious, eco-friendly wool bedding aimed at improving sleep quality.
