Exhale – Coffee Crafted for Health, Adventure and Impact

After 15 years in the corporate world (and five years backpacking), Kirsty and Al left London to build something meaningful. The idea for Exhale was shaped by Al’s seven-year health journey, which saw him battling an autoimmune condition that forced a complete rethink of diet, lifestyle and wellbeing. Through holistic change, he rebuilt his health — discovering along the way that coffee, when sourced and crafted with care, could be part of a healthier, more intentional life.

A life-changing surfing accident in Bali led Al to explore single-origin Indonesian coffees and the artistry behind speciality roasting and brewing. That experience sparked a deeper curiosity: coffee could be more than a caffeine fix — it could be a ritual, a connection point, and a force for good.

Exhale was born from that belief. The brand exists to elevate coffee — championing quality, craft and conscious sourcing while inspiring people to live active, adventurous and health-focused lives. Today, alongside building Exhale and raising a family, Al has completed feats from the Thames Marathon to Ironman and ultramarathons — living proof of the lifestyle Exhale stands for.
