Verdant Alchemy believes rest isn’t a luxury — it’s essential. Each bath salt, oil, and blend is formulated and manufactured in their South London studio, in small batches, by a dedicated team who never outsources their care. With a focus on responsible sourcing and rigorous sustainability practices, the brand is Soil Association COSMOS Natural certified, meeting some of the highest standards in clean beauty from ingredient selection through to production.

Founded in 2018 by Vivien Leung, Verdant Alchemy was born from lived experience. After years as a high-flying advertising executive, Vivien found herself burnt out, in chronic pain, and searching for relief. She began formulating magnesium-rich bath salts in her kitchen, creating functional yet luxurious blends to support better sleep, less stress, and more stillness. What started as a personal ritual has grown into a thoughtfully crafted collection now stocked by renowned stores such as Selfridges, Liberty London, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman — yet the heart of Verdant Alchemy remains the same: to help you rest deeply, reset your mind, and feel like yourself again.
