Our MAG12 Slumber Epsom Bath Salts are formulated with a sleep inducing blend of pure essential oils which help to soothe the body and relax the mind before you turn in for the night. Lavender is well regarded for its ability to calm, while rosemary can help to soothe stiffness. Restful marjoram works alongside these oils to warm aching muscles and joints. This results in the perfect bath salt for those who enjoy a long soak prior to drifting off into a peaceful sleep.

Directions for Use
Add 200g of Slumber Salts to your bath and fill your tub with warm water. Light a scented candle and turn off phones and tablets. Grab a cold drink and be sure to stay hydrated. Lie back, relax and bathe for a minimum of twenty minutes allowing the essential oils to calm mind and body while you absorb the magnesium transdermally. Wind down and ease off into a deep sleep.
