UK Next Day (Mon-Fri)
£8.00: Check the product page for availability of Next Day delivery. Delivery the following working day for orders placed before 11am on any working day (UK Sellers only).

Australia/New Zealand/United States/Canada
Check the product page for availability. Usually 7-14 working days. Allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

We will let you know by email when your product has been dispatched by the Seller together with the estimated date for delivery. If you want more information about delivery for a product that you have already ordered, please contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us form, they will be happy to assist.
Delivery times, including Next Day delivery, are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The product(s) will be delivered to you directly by the Seller(s) so your order may arrive in multiple deliveries and at different times.
Occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay delivery for example, bad weather. If this happens our Customer Services team will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, we will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.
If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to standard UK delivery only on UK orders.
Wrong Address/ Corrections
Once an order is placed, we are not able to make address changes or corrections. If the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for the loss of your order. In the case your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to the seller. If your order is returned to the Seller due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
Signing Upon Receipt
Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. You will be advised of this. If you will not be at your usual address during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days or after 3 delivery attempts), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.
European & International Delivery
If European or International delivery is available on a product, it is displayed on the product page. If you would like any additional information about deliveries to the UK, Europe or Internationally, please, contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us form.
Import Duties & Taxes
Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. If you order goods from the Website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Similarly, if you are shipping items from a Seller outside of your territory, you may need to pay import duties and taxes upon receipt of the products.
Neither myza nor the Seller have any control over these charges and we cannot advise on their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that are not included. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
The delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to provide a refund until this period of time has elapsed. Myza is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
