Zeez Sleep Pebble

The Zeez Sleep Pebble is a small under the pillow sleep device which mimics the brainwaves of a good sleeper - alpha, theta and delta frequencies through four sleep cycles. Most of us respond to its low power pulses by falling asleep easily, staying asleep, and sleeping deeply so that we wake refreshed. Generally it takes around 5-7 days to begin to feel an effect although some of us respond faster, and some take a month or longer.

The Zeez is designed to be easy to use, no matter how tired you are. One button, on/off. No app. Just press the button and it runs for 6 ½ hours, before automatically switching itself off. You can’t feel or hear its pulses, and yet most of us pick them up, and sleep longer, waking up less, and feeling better in the morning. In 2010, Yale University published research showing that extremely low power electric currents could prompt brain activity, confirming what we were already experiencing.

Sleep Benefits
  • Helps you to relax. For the first 10 minutes its tiny pulses match alpha brain activity in the range of 8-12Hz, prompting relaxation.
  • Helps you to fall asleep. After 10 minutes the Zeez Sleep Pebble pulses at theta frequencies (4- 8 Hz), and most of us to fall asleep.
  • Helps you to sleep deeply and wake refreshed. We generate deep sleep delta frequencies (0.5 – 4Hz). timed appropriately for four sleep cycles.

    About the brand

    Zeez

Zeez Sleep aims to help poor sleepers by encouraging natural brain activity associated with deep restful sleep.

in 1983 Steve, a leading !BM engineer, developed a device which introduced the pattern of electrical activity generated by the brain of a healthy person to his own brain, stopping dreadful migraines resulting from terrible crash injuries. In 2008, Anna persuaded Steve to work with her on a similar approach to sleep, using tiny electric pulses to prompt poor sleepers to adopt the natural brain patterns of a good sleeper. The Zeez Sleep Pebble was eventually born, tested with hundreds of volunteers, and launched in 2018.

Zeez's goal? To show the world how to recover good quality sleep, respite from a permanently wired state, so that our mind and body can repair and rejuvenate.
