How to Refill Your Candle

  1. Choose Your Vessel: Select a heat-resistant vessel (6.6cm - 7.6cm wide). Use additional wicks for wider vessels.

  2. Prepare Vessel: Center the wick in the vessel using the wick holder.

  3. Melt & Pour: Microwave pouch upright for 1.5-2.5 mins or boil in water for up to 10 mins. Pour melted wax into the vessel.

  4. Set & Enjoy: Let the wax set for 3 hours, remove the wick holder, trim wick to 1/4", and light.

Candle Care & Safety

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
  • Burn for 2-4 hours initially to prevent tunneling. Don’t burn for more than 4 hours.
  • Store candles in a cool, dry place.
  • Burn on a fire-safe surface, away from flammable items, children, and pets. Never leave unattended.
  • Extinguish before 5-10mm of wax remains.

How to Clean Your Old Vessel

  1. Method 1: Freeze for 4 hours, pry out wax with a butter knife, and clean.
  2. Method 2: Pour boiling water into the container, let wax cool, and remove.

Products ordered from multiple different brands will be dispatched seperately.

All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
