5ml of Magnesium Sleep Lotion delivers a minimum of 150mg (43% RDA) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

Instructions for use
For optimal results, use as a part of your bedtime routine, gently massaging 4 pumps of the lotion onto clean, dry skin, up to 30 minutes before sleep.

For the best results, use after having a bath or shower.

Suitable for use all over the body. Focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders and legs.

For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin.

Keep out of children's reach

Use within 12 months of opening.
