AYO is a scientifically backed, beautifully designed, blue-light emitting wearable, fully controlled and operated by the AYO smartphone app (available for both iOS and Android). With four LEDs and light diffuser technology, wearing AYO feels like stepping out into bright sunshine. The biological lighting is clinically approved, and free from infrared and ultraviolet waves. Being exposed to the gentle AYO blue light for as little as 20 minutes each day helps you maintain an optimal body rhythm according to your personal preferences and lifestyle. The intelligence behind AYO is the companion app which enables you to control your AYO wearable as well as create and monitor sleep, energy, and travel improvement programs. By choosing between three main programs: Sleep, Travel, and Energy you can understand how closely you are in sync with your natural body rhythm and improve it.

Additionally, along with the basic settings, the app offers multiple different modes. You can opt to pair your sleeping habits with those of your partner, or get feedback on your current body rhythm, similar to having your own personal sleep coach. When you set your personal data, sleep habits, or travel plans, the app’s algorithms will perform an in-depth analysis to create a personalised programme with the best schedule to wear AYO, for your 20 minutes of light, to optimise your sleeping cycle, boost energy or travel long haul seamlessly, Comes with one international year warranty.

Instructions for use
You can use AYO while brushing your teeth, making breakfast, checking your emails, or even on the go as the light weight specs do not block your vision. Thanks to the energy-efficient LEDs, AYO can provide three hours of light on a full charge. In addition, you get a hard carry case that can charge the headset on the go. This adds another 10 hours to your range — ideal for traveling. AYO complies with the EU’s CE marking as well as other national regulatory directives. Considered safe for the eyes, in accordance with the EU’s directive IEC 62471 and is independently certified by TÜV Rheinland.
